A symbolic World Peace and Humanitarian band born out of the massive London 15th February Peace March 2003, as 2 million people protested against the War in Iraq. The blisteringly funky Jazz4peace Collective are noted for their musical peace message & humanitarian work and the delivery of their CD “Don't Attack Iraq” to 10 Downing Street, one for Tony Blair and the other for his good friend George Bush.
The Jazz4Peace Collective Message:
Where there is conflict we play for peace, & reconciliation, where there is terror play for peace, where there is hate we play for love, where there is despair we play for hope, where there is hunger we play for humanitarian aid to help people who are suffering & starving and medical aid to help innocent injured civilians, where there is killing we play for it to stop, peaceful coexistence, unity , love ,respect, dignity, opportunity and freedom.
